Working at HoCoSto
With a committed team, we work in an informal yet professional setting to make the Netherlands more sustainable. We are ambitious and have beautiful growth plans, for us and for you. So our motto is; smarter, faster and better every day! Working at HoCoSto is broader than your job description. Due to growth, you may need to move quickly and your flexibility, commitment and independence will be called upon to work together to complete projects. The lines of communication are short and there is a lot of contact between the engineers, the shop floor and the “outside” organization. Our team is often “on the road” but we try to meet on Fridays for lunch with tasty sandwiches at our picnic table or to toast to another fruitful work week.

Many of the HoCoSto staff are also very involved in the Zundert community, for example in the world-famous Zundert Flower Parade.
The team also regularly pulls together outside of work.
